August PTC Swap: Home

The prompt for the August PTC swap over on Clarity Mini Makes and ATCs is Home so I decided to use the Wee Houses baby Groovi Plates with a Word Chain border plate.

I trimmed a piece of Rainbow River designer parchment to 4” x 3”.

Next, I used the nested rectangle picot Groovi plate to add a double frame for the outer edge of the PTC with the #1 Pergamano tool.

I added Happy Home from Groovi Journaling and Miracle Mini Word Chain Border #1 with the same tool.

I then added a house from the Wee Houses and Lamp posts baby Groovi plate, likewise.

I added the smaller lamppost from the same plate and a fence panel from the Wee Houses and Fence baby plate in the same way.

I erased the colour from the windows, roof and fence using the white end of a Faber-Castell eraser pencil.

I then added colour at the back using the B1 Perga liner (fence), B4 (windows) and B3 (roof).

I cut across the corners, folded the edges and added the parchment to an ATC blank with double sided tape.

It was a quick job to add the ATC stamp to a second ATC blank and complete the details in Jet Black Archival ink and a micron pen. This was then added to the back of the PTC.

To finish, I added Perga Glitter (hint of silver) to the words and lamppost using sticky ink and a mapping pen.
