I have a parents' evening after school today with a full set of appointments, but as the school appointed my successor yesterday, it should be my last one!

I’ve often seen musicians with a tablet for music and wondered how they turned pages! Now I know, very clever indeed 😊. I’m glad a successor has been appointed, it’ll be good to see to be back in retirement again!

Does that mean you will be back to f/t retirement soon? still pondering the foot pedal to turn pages. Is that electronic/bluetooth if you have the music on a 'tablet'? The mind boggles. Cute cards, well done for keeping up.

Great news about your successor :) I certainly don't envy you doing a parents' evening, at least it's a one off. Be good to have you back to your whirlwind life in retirement again :D Beautiful set of ATCs this week, especially Balance. The ballerina stamp is perfect as you say. xx

Great news re your successor and wow the music stand is SO much easier, I remember when I played in the school band I would always either trip over them or knock it over!! Love the magpie too, we still count them and my brother stills says morning to them and their families like we did 50 years ago!!! Kyla
The foot pedal page turner is genius, bet it makes things so much easier. A successor appointment is good news, I look forward to celebrating your second retirement!
