Half way through our rainbow wedding card. Here's the green double page spread.
It was a church wedding in August, so green naturally led to a nature theme on the left hand page, with a stained glass window theme on the right. I went back to the simple two colour idea - green pearlescent card and ivory pearl; I did go over the birch tree by Cheery Lynn with Antique Linen distress ink, to provide a contrast with the background. I cut the leaves off the Classic Leaf die branch and added them randomly to the bare tree. The gazebo from Spellbinders fitted beautifully with the wedding theme. The Medallion 1 D-Lites die by Spellbinders reminds me of the apex of a stained glass window and made the perfect contrast to the church window shaped Window 3 die, also by Spellbinders, which made up the right hand page.
