WOYWW 891/111: A Little Cooler

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

I can't believe it is July already.  Where did the first half of 2026 go?

My desk shows my daily affirmation cards and also the results of a fabulous workshop with Tilly Tea Dance on Saturday.  The day was topped off by a visit to the theatre to see Willy Wonka, which was an excellent production.

I managed to get four samples made and posted off by Sunday, so it was a busy weekend too.

I have gone green for my July #dailyatc2026 backgrounds, as you will see next week.

It has been far more comfortable in school this week thank goodness - hopefully you have all enjoyed cooler temperatures.

Tomorrow I am off to York with the Lichfield recorder group for the u3a festival.  Another long day, so I am looking forward to a lie in on Friday!

Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

What a fantastic workshop! I envy you your trip to York. Haven’t been in decades but it was a fave when Jack was young. Love the ATCs too. The flapper is so creative! Happy WOYWW!

I can't believe it's already July either! Your landscape came out lovely. I love felting, but have never done a picture. I really like your flapper. Glad you enjoyed the Willy Wonka production and Happy WOYWW!
