Watercolouring using a Stencil as a Template

This is the first of the samples that I created using the new Woodland Animal stencils from Claritystamp.  The One Day Special continues today on Hochanda at 9am, 1pm and 5pm.  I love using stencils as a starting point for water colouring as I must admit that I am not that good at freestyling.

Inspiration on a Tag

Just to show that large stamps can be used on smaller projects, I created an inspirational tag/bookmark using one of the Circus stamp sets designed by Leonie Pujol for Claritystamp.

A Watercolour Painting Using the Dew Drop Fairy Stencil

I hope everyone caught the first couple of shows for the Clarity One Day Special on Hochanda yesterday evening. I loved playing with the new fairy stencils and stamps and they are available as dies and Groovi plates too.  This is the first sample that I made using the Dew Drop Fairy stencil and a technique that I previously used on another piece (see HERE).  The finished piece would look great in a square frame with a mount.

Still Looking Forward to Crafting Along With Barbara

Another item which will be used on 17th February (2pm - 4pm) on Hochanda, when you can craft along with Barbara Gray, is the Bird Heart Sprig stencil.  Barbara will be sharing four projects using the stamps, stencil, die and Groovi plate.  This is what I made with the stencil.  I look forward to making Barbara's project.

Indigoblu 'Weird Science' Stamps

As soon as I saw these stamps, I knew that I would have to get them; so many people in my family are scientists of one sort or another!  My sister is taking her final exams to become a GP next week, so I thought that they would be the perfect way to encourage her.  I am also entering this into the Indigoblu blog challenge A Touch of Red.
