Gelli Plate Stamp Background.

I have had the Napa Valley stamp and Framer Stencil by Claritystamp for a while and decided that today was the day to do something with them.  I also wanted to use a Gelli plate to create the background.  The circle Gelli Petite was just a little too small to fit the circumference of the stamp, so in the end I chose to use my 6" x 6" plate.  The background to the stamping is actually on a piece of copy paper that I used for clean up, but I loved it so much that I decided to use this piece rather than attempt to recreate it on a piece of card.

One Stamp - Eight Cards

It's been a while since I blogged, but that's what comes of making so many of my gifts at this time of year; they can't be shared without spoiling the surprise.  At least after Christmas I shall have plenty to post.  I had eight cards to make for a great group of ladies who craft with me regularly, so I decided to use the same stamp for each card, but shake up the colour scheme and finish.  These are just four of the finished cards, but as you will see from the toppers, each one was unique.

Indigoblu 'Weird Science' Stamps

As soon as I saw these stamps, I knew that I would have to get them; so many people in my family are scientists of one sort or another!  My sister is taking her final exams to become a GP next week, so I thought that they would be the perfect way to encourage her.  I am also entering this into the Indigoblu blog challenge A Touch of Red.
