Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness. Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.
My desk shows some of the things I was getting up to while away over the weekend. The pack contains all my makes from the fabulous workshop with Barbara Gray on Sunday - I learn such a lot. The flier is the one for the make and takes that I led at the Open Days on the Friday and Saturday (more on my blog from Monday and yesterday). The postcard shows some of the gorgeous pottery made by Barbara which should be appearing on her Pinky Gray web page soon.I have a growing art gallery in my living room which sits along side Tilly's needle felting. When I move my craft room inside, I may keep the tall pencil pot on my desk. I have another owl on order too.Since I got back on Monday I have done two large loads of washing and the technical survey has been done for the impending solar panel fitment. They are coming back today to fit an isolation switch to the meter in advance.
I am still catching up on my sleep as it was hard work - although my lunatic of a twin sister ran a 50k on Saturday, and the route went past the hotel where I was staying, so I think she wins!
Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Wow an epic week Sarah sounds like you had a blast. Great that you were able to keep up with the daily art thought the last one was a racket initially - LOL My sleep has gone haywire yet again so here I am at 5.30am AGAIN - Hugs BJ#1

Glad you enjoyed the open days and the make & takes went well. I happened to catch(after the event) one or two of the FB "lives" but didn't see you. Well done for keeping up the daily drawings. Happy WOYWW Helen xx

You sound as manic as me haha. I’m impressed with your daily art practice. It’s a great collection Sarah
I’m so pleased you enjoyed your weekend away, the pottery is lovely. Fingers crossed for your solar installation, you won’t regret it, we certainly haven’t! Your sister really must be bonkers but so incredibly fit too, that’s a real achievement, congrats to her!
Hugs LLJ 4 xx
I couldn't walk 50k never mind run it - congrats to your twin.
Solar panels - that is interesting - hope they work well for you.
I know what it is like going on these weekends and the sleeping pattern gets disrupted. Saw you on the photo of the group that went away and spotted Paul at the back. Good that you kept up with your daily drawings.
Have a good week
Hugs, Neet 8 xx
Crikey what a busy and productive week you've had and you've still found time for your daily art. Though not my twin, my brother runs marathons and six day races and climbs mountains (for fun!!!) - but I can eat more cake than him in one sitting so I win lol xx
Sounds like a busy weekend. I had to have a second look at what I had thought like BJ was a racquet and then realized what it was. Love the pottery birds. Well done to you sister. Angela #12

Happy WOYWW!
Looks as though you had a fab weekend, quite a journey to and from! Love the make and take card you put up, lovely colours. Also like the pottery bars, how creative BG is! Thank you so much for the ATC, incredibly thoughtful of you, another treasure in my collection! Of course you kept up with the dailies, how clever you we to interpret some of these prompts, they often strike me as a little bizarre!
Hello Sarah, your weekend sounds busy but fun. Tiring too. Barbara is a multi-talented lady. Her pottery is lovely. Enjoyed your daily artwork though some of the prompts would have me flummoxed. Hope you can catch up on your sleep and have a great week. Elizabeth x #15
Sounds like an awesome and very tiring weekend! I love the pottery, gorgeous! Your windy roads picture reminds me of Toronto-so many windy roads! Have a wondeful week full of naps! Lindart#16
