WOYWW 837/57: Last Ever Parents' Evening

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

My desk shows much of my first Clarity order in the Members' Half Price Sale (on until Monday 23rd June). Groovi and storage and I have since put in another sneaky order.

Still on track with my #dailyart2025.

I will probably be visiting but not commenting this week as I have a parents' evening tonight (last one ever) followed by a dash to the theatre to see Calamity Jane.  They are also starting the solar panels today - scaffolding went up yesterday. This coming Sunday I will be travelling to Oldham for an all day workshop with the Craft Collective (Leonie Pujol, Paula Pascual and Erica Palfreyman) with guest Lou Withers.  I will need to get all the household chores done on Saturday as a result.

Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Golly Sarah, last Parents Eve...what a milestone! These next few weeks are always busy at school so I suspect they'll fly by, especially as you're so busy out of school too! Try to enjoy the madness! Favourite prompt picture this week is those multicoloured hands. Perfect. I don't know how big your groove collection is but my word, the view of your desk with the new ones will certainly add a lump to your repertoire!

Hi Sarah, I'd like to tell you that when you retire you wont be so busy but I'd be lying! I think when you're not working people think you have plenty of time on your hands and manage to find you things to do lol! The nice thing though is that you don't have to get up quite so early. Enjoy your weekend. Happy woyww hugs, Angela x14x

Sounds like you are in for a very busy but fun week ahead. Hope your final parents' evening goes well. I'm not sure you will find retirement any less busy but not having to go to work is something to really look forward to. You'll have more time to use all that lovely stash you've been tempted too. Great drawings as usual. Elizabeth x #15
