Mr Painter Shaving Foam Background

I thought that a shaving foam background combined with using actual paint with the mask, would make a fun card using the Mr Painter stamps from Clarity Crafts.

Going Round In Circles?

The current theme over on Try It On Tuesday is Going Round in Circles.  I decided this tag with its circle background would fit the bill really well.

Cover a #8 manilla tag with a piece of shaving foam marble card and trim the excess.

Add stamping using the solid circle stamp from Sam’s Shapes 2 in shades of blue (Cobalt, Sky Blue) and pink (Picked Raspberry, Pink Peony) archival inks.
Over stamp the circles using various stamps from the Don’t be Such a Square stamp set in Onyx Back Versafine ink, heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
Fill the remaining circles in the same manner, but this time use Versamark ink and heat emboss using white embossing powder.
To finish, add a title using the Clarity Tall Letterbox Infill Alphabet and Numbers stamps in Onyx Black Versafine ink.

This month's prompts over on Tag It Tuesday are: Make and use shaving foam marbled paper, add a dog image, add something cut from a magazine and build up texture with a palette knife and any medium.  this month's colours are eggplant/plum and grey.  As you can see I used all prompts and colours.

Fusible Fibre Corset Birthday Card

These newly configured and extended Corset stamps from Clarity were crying out to be used with fusible fibres.  I also had some shaving foam marbled backgrounds that I thought would combine well with them.  This is the result.

Quarantine Quickies #63 & #64: Rat Race / Square Peg

Morning.  Did you enjoy the virtual Clarity open days over the weekend.  Lots of fun, ideas and give-aways.  For these tags following the Quarantine Quickie prompts over on Mission Inspiration, I decided to use some left over shaving foam backgrounds that I came across recently when looking for something else lol.
