This week's prompt over on Nina Ribena's Art Journal Prompts and More is Inspired by Portraits. The artists to choose from include Pablo Picasso and Frida Kahlo. As I have previously created a page inspired by Frida Kahlo (see HERE) and I am not the most confident portrait drawer, I went with Pablo Picasso, using an image from Nina's YouTube video as my starting point.
A second humorous tag for the May Prompt on Country View Challenges: Be Humorous. I was playing with a bargain find from a second hand book store creating a background, and the tag developed from there.
This tag was created for the May challenge over on Country View Challenges: Be Humorous. One of the design team, Miriam, had used one of the Crazy Cats on her sample card, together with a Dyan Reaveley stamped sentiment; as I liked the idea but didn't want to use the same stamps, I chose to use a different sentiment from my stash of Dyan Reaveley stamps and one of the Crazy Dogs on a tag instead.
