I started by covering a piece of white card (20x13.8cm) with small pieces of masking tape overlapping each piece randomly and burnishing them onto the card. I then went over the whole piece with Salty Ocean distress ink. I stamped the Indigoblu circle dot background stamp onto a separate piece of white card using Versamark ink and heat embossed using white detail embossing powder.

Psychedelic Colours to Brighten up the Day
I made this card some time ago but as the weather isn't so great today I thought I'd try to brighten things up.
I started by covering a piece of white card (20x13.8cm) with small pieces of masking tape overlapping each piece randomly and burnishing them onto the card.
