September PTC: Imagination

The prompt for the September PTC swap over on Clarity Mini Makes and ATCs is Imagination.  This is what I made for my swap partner.

I trimmed a piece of plain parchment to 4” x 3”. I then blended Salvaged Patina and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxides onto the back with an ink blending tool.

Once the ink was dry, I used the nested rectangle picot Groovi plate to add a double frame for the outer edge of the PTC with the 1mm Pergamano ball tool.

I added Imagin from the Bijou Word Chain Groovi Plate #9 to the top of the PTC with the #1 Pergamano ball tool.

I then finished the sentiment using -ation from the Congratulations word chain on the same plate.

I then added two of the dancers from the A4 Flower Girls & Sentiments plate.

I added white work to the dancers using the 4.5 and #3 ball tools, allowing the parchment to rest between sessions.

I cut across the corners of the parchment, folded the edges and added it to an ATC blank with double sided tape.

It was a quick job to add the ATC stamp to the back of a second ATC blank and complete the details in Jet Black Archival ink and a micron pen. This was then added to the back of the PTC.

To finish, I added Hint of Blue glitter to the lettering and the dancers’ skirts using Sticky ink and a mapping pen.
