Christmas in Miniature Background

I used the colours from one of the Autumn/Winter Landscape Backdrop Print Tags to create a background using stamps from the Wee Christmas in Miniature set.

Choose one of the tags from Barbara’s Autumn/Winter Landscape Backdrop Prints.

Trim off the bottom and add one of the Bijou Christmas Drop Shadow Sentiments in Jet black Archival ink.

Add detail to the lettering using a white Posca pen. Choose colours of Distress Oxides to match the background of the tag (Wilted Violet, Tumbled Glass and Worn Lipstick).

Add images from the Christmas in Miniature stamp set in these colours of Distress Oxide directly onto the front of a 5” s 5” white card blank. Use a Spot on Sponge to blend the colours before stamping.

Edge the tag with the black Perga Colour pen and add it to the front of the card.

To finish, add tiny snowflakes in the same colours of Distress Oxides.
