Time To Step Into the Shoes of Your Own Life

For this card, I used one of the postcards which accompanies Clarity Quotes set 8.

Die cut one of the Quotes 8 postcards with the second largest Nested Rectangle Heart Doodle Aperture Frame-its die and trim the top and bottom.

Add the small pair of shoes from the Shoes stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.

Mask up the shoes and around the edges using low tack masking tape.

Add the Pocket Watch stencil and blend Pink Peony Archival ink through the aperture. Remove the stencil and masking.

Colour the shoes with Perga liners A7 and A8, blended out with a watercolour brush pen.

Die cut a mat from Indian Summer Companion paper using the 6.25” x 5.25” nested rectangle picot die and mat up the topper.

Add the topper to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.

To finish, use one of the Doodle Heart Frame-its Panels dies to cut more of the same companion paper and add the strip to the side of the card. Trim the ends.
