For my final sample using the Tree Aperture stamps from Clarity Crafts, I worked on copy paper and attached it to a 6" x 6" canvas board.Take a piece of copy paper, used to clean Distress Oxides off a brayer.Stamp the large tree aperture stamp from the One Day at a Time set onto the paper in Jet Black archival ink.Trim the paper leaving a 5cm border each side of the image (18cm x 18cm).Lay the paper face down, brush Ranger Distress Collage Medium all over a 6” x 6” canvas board and place it face down in the centre of the paper.Use an old credit card to smooth out the paper from the centre.Cut into each side of the excess paper, add collage medium onto the back and smooth two of the sides onto the back of the canvas.Trim the remaining corners and glue the other two sides onto the back of the canvas.Mask off the image using the square mask from the Simple Shapes mask set, then, holding the smaller stamp from the same set in your hand, add stamping around the central image in Victorian Velvet and Dusty Concord Distress Oxides. Remove the mask.To finish, add Seedless Preserves Oxide to a Woodblock sticker and add it to the canvas.
