Floral Flourish Home Made Washi Tag

I have had a tangle of low tack tape that had been spritzed with Distress Oxides sitting on the side for quite a while after making the project HERE.   I finally decided to untangle them and use them as a background on a tag.

Having untangled the tape, I added strips to a piece of stencil card die cut using the largest nested luggage tag die.  I trimmed all the edges and used Pritt stick where necessary to glue the strips into place.

Next, I die cut the Floral Flourish Aperture die from a piece of black card.

I fussy cut into a section.

This was then added to the tag using Perga glue.

I then paper pieced one of the flowers and the leaves (Note to self: trap the scrap the next time you attempt this).

To finish, I added a black Pergamano rub-on transfer from the Friendship Sentiments.
