Christmas Bear

I love the cute new Barb's Christmas Animal stamps from Clarity Crafts.  Here I used a couple of the stamps from the Bear set.

Choose one of the Spring/Summer Landscape Backdrop Print Toppers and trim to 4.75” x 4.75”.

Add one of the bears from the Barb’s Christmas Animals stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.

Use the white end of a Faber-Castel eraser to remove the ink within the bear.

Add the sentiment in the same ink as before.

Add a drop shadow to the bear using Polychromo #237 (New Set) and Payne’s Grey #181 (Essentials).

Colour the bear’s hat using a mix of Perga colours #7 and #26.

To finish, edge the topper using the black Perga Colour pen and add it to the front of a 5” x 5” white card blank.
