A Feminine Make

The current challenge over on Try It On Tuesday is Make It Feminine.  I thought this project really fit the bill.  Having the masks to go with this stamp set makes a card like this easy to make.

Trim a piece of large Clarity stencil card to 20cm x 13.8cm. Stamp the corset in Hickory Smoke archival ink into the centre, in the bottom third.
Mask off the corset and add a further one each side of the first in the same ink.
Mask these off and repeat.
Add two final corsets either side in the same way, giving seven in total across the card topper.
Add the tape measure below the corsets in Black Soot archival ink.
Add ‘feminine’ below the tape measure in the same ink.
Colour the corsets using Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer water colour pencils, blended out with a large watercolour brush pen.
To finish, mat onto black card (20.5cm x 14.3cm) and add to the front of an A5 card blank.
