I am finally taking some time to work with my backlog of Clarity Club stencils, stamps and Groovi plates from this year and feel as if retirement is kicking in.
I won't get to visit Mum on Friday as my car is going in for its annual service and first MOT on Friday - my annual health review is tomorrow. I have two theatre visits this week - tomorrow to see a Queen tribute and on Friday to see Emma Kenny a Forensic Psychologist. The AGM for our branch of SRP (Society of Recorder Players) went well on Saturday and the draft minutes have been sorted and all the new members added.Hoping everyone is doing a little better this week. ReplyDeleteI'm a retired school administrator, but still work part-time as a priest, and I love it. Once you find your routine, you'll enjoy retirement even more so. I really like the My Culture piece, with this London classic views. Enjoy your time at the theater. Happy WOYWW!

ReplyDeleteHow many retirements does one person get?? LOL! Enjoy it. I think quicksand is a boomer/GenX thing. I remember being terrified of it when I was younger. Enjoy all the time to make :D

ReplyDeleteWow what a lot you've got going on. Firstly, another brilliant set of ATCs this week - Undulating has my eye, with its abstract look. MOTs are always a car's worst bill! Insurance, tax etc are all known quantities. MOTs could be anything!!! Or at least that was always my experience with the bangers I drove lol. Fingers crossed yours goes smoothly.
