March Groovi Calendar Page

Even though the Clarity 2026 parchment calendar blank comes with sheets of parchment, I am still working on a piece of Rainbow River designer parchment.

Having chosen a colour that I thought went with March, I added the inner and outer double lines from the Jayne's Frame Groovi plate with the 1mm Pergamano tool working on the back (brightly coloured side) of the parchment.

Next, I filled in the frame using the Sprig Background Plate using the same tool.

For the centre I used a discontinued cameo A5 square Groovi plate.

Next I erased the colour behind the face and neck using a white ended Faber-Castell eraser pencil.

I coloured the face and neck from the back with Perga Colour #4, added shading with #25, coloured the lips with #26 and the eye with #30.  I then used a blending pen and nib with Dorso oil to blend the colours.

Next, I added Perga glitter (hint of green) to the leaves and the inner frame with a mapping pen and sticky ink.

I did the same (hint of gold) with the hair decoration.

Once dry, I trimmed across the corners, added a 16.3cm x 16.3cm piece of stencil card behind, then folded the outer edges and glued them to the card.

To finish, I simply used a tape runner to add the topper to the March calendar page.
