Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness. Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch. Many apologies for not leaving messages last week - I managed a quick round of visits, but between rehearsals, sample making, family time and yesterday's concert I didn't manage to leave messages.
I have got as far as finding a couple of empty boxes for my new stamps but that is as far as things have gone.My advent jigsaw has sometimes been completed very late - this is as far as I have got.The concert went well yesterday afternoon - I took Mum along having been over to take her out for breakfast first. This afternoon I am having my hair cut then going into school to drop off a tub of chocolates and a card for everyone. I am determined to do visits this week - even if it means leaving a generic comment. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW - Here's wishing Neet a speedy recovery and home by Christmas!

Wow busy bunny - well impressed by the daily art for the year - what are you planning for 2026? I never started my next jigsaw but with the state of my hand again I might just do that today. Hugs BJ#1
ReplyDeleteI have speedily edited my post as I thought it was this week we were leaving a card for the group! Glad the concert went well and hope your busy schedule slows down! Happy WOYWW Helen xx
ReplyDeleteThe weeks get busier in retirement don't they๐.but isn't it lovely to be able to squeeze in all the things you've always wanted to find time for. Well done on keeping up with your sketches.x x Jo ๐
ReplyDeleteThe jigsaw is coming along well. I'm having my hair cut tomorrow so we will both look good for the holidays. I bet you now wonder how you ever fit in the time to work ;-)
ReplyDeleteHugs,

Sounds busy but lovely, no worries re returns life sometimes gets in the way. With you on the stamp holders if anyone is chucking videos or dvds in the bin I often grab the empty boxes as ideal for craft storage.

ReplyDeleteManic is a good word for it, just dont forget to enjoy the doing and the rushing about to see people...its why you retired! Full of admiration that you haven't let the daily art slip at all, well done to you!
ReplyDeleteI do admire the way you keep up with your daily art, are you planning on doing anything new for next year? Happy WOYWW. Angela #12
