WOYWW 821/41: Too Fast!

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday), the brainchild of Julia, who has kindly entrusted it to me to continue after 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch. Our last get together for February - I can't believe that it will be March by next week!

My desk shows some of the last of my Clarity sale goodies which arrived at the weekend.  I have decided when I have more time to get back into parchment craft, so ordered a few Groovi plates and some tools.  I already had the Pergamano bag which now holds all my tools, my Pergaliners and my Pergacolours.  Everything in one place and quick to access.  I have been working on samples madly so have little else I can show you.

Rather a mix of prompts over the last week - my favourite is the chipmunk.

Back into the flow of things with school again, although I have felt tired this first few days back.  A meeting tonight after school, so if I don't get to visit until tomorrow you will know why.

  1. I hope you have time for the parchment craft soon! You're right about the varied prompts, but well done on finding something for each one. I will be late visiting too today with a work thing. Happy WOYWW Helen xx

  2. Sarah, that chipmunk is so sweet! I like the chipped cup and saucer too. It reminds me of Chip from Beauty and the Beast. Enjoy your new goodies when you have more time. Happy WOYWW. Angela #3

  3. Ooh I remember when the parchment craft first came out and I used to do it with my nan (over 20 yrs ago), fair play as if I remember it's not the easiest craft to do. Love your inside out drawing, i must admit have got to work early some mornings and realised my Cardi is inside out too!!

  8. Oh my parchment craft so intricate, you certainly need time for that, assuming retirement activity. Love your silly page, we have roadworks for the gas AGAIN and they are definitely silly. Hugs BJ#9

  9. Oh that piggy makes me giggle. I never tried parchment craft and am determined to not take on ONE MORE technique to learn. My brain is already toooo full :) But I can't wait to see yours. It is a lovely result for sure.
Cut my finger, hard to type, but Happy WOYWW!

  12. Agreed the chipmunk is my favourite too though the rings in the box have a poignancy I wasn't expecting. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with using your new Pergamano stash :) P xxx

  13. I too like the chipmunk best but all your work is great - I am really enjoying what you are doing this year and now I look forward to seeing some of your parchment craft in the future. Gosh, it has changed a lot since I did it.

  14. I always say February, though it has the least number of days, is the longest month of the year! It is always with a sigh of relief when March comes along! What a nice pile of new toys to play with! I am intrigued by those needle pens! My favourite drawing today is also the chipmunk, or as we call him, Chippy! He comes around to play with the cats in the summer! Great drawing! Have a lovely week, Lindart #14

  15. Hi, Sarah! That looks like quite a haul! I tried parchment craft twenty years ago and I was awful. One of my good friend and craft partner, Em, is great at it. She sends me the most beautiful cards!

Great prompt responses! I think the rings are my favorite this week! Inside out is nice too! Snout is kind of "on the nose!"
    Have a great week!
