Thanks a Bunch Tag: Turning One Stamp Into Two!

This tag was made for the launch of Tina's Layering Stamps over the weekend.  I decided to remove one of the rectangle panels from its frame to create the background.  It was easy to do and gives me more flexibility with the stamp.
I added Hay Stack, Cinnamon Tea, Orange Popsicle and Fall Fiesta Artistry inks to a piece of paper towel with a brayer, building up layers of colour.
As I didn't want to keep masking off the rectangle frame around the floral stamp that I was using, I took a sharp craft knife and carefully cut around the inside of the frame to remove it in one piece.
I stamped over the paper towel with the stamp held in my hand, using Monarch Orange and Carnation Red Archival inks.
Having removed the top layer, I added the mop up sheet to a #8 manilla tag using Distress Matte Collage Medium, sealed, dried and trimmed round the edges..
The vase circle from the Summer Layering Circles set was stamped in Carnation Red Archival ink onto an ATCoin (2.5"), cut from a piece of Clarity stencil card.
I coloured it in using Artistry inks in Fall Fiesta, Hay Stack, Blaze and Amazon Trail, a glass mat as a palette and a water brush.
Using Coffee Archival ink, I stamped Thank +s A (Mini Word Chains 17&18) and You're the Best (Mini Word Chains 19&20) directly onto the tag.  I printed bunch!!! onto clear plastic with my Dymo Letratag in a medium font and added that too.
To finish, I edged the tag and ATCoin in Coffee Archival ink and added the ATCoin to the bottom of the tag.

I love your tag! Mop up sheets are so useful!!!
I haven't cut my stamps up yet. I masked mine off with tape but really think I will now get my knife out!!! Would make it so much easier!
Have a good afternoon! Xxx

It’s a great effect and it makes sense to cut out the inside but I think I’d be too nervous to do so!
