More Gel Plate Fun with Leonie's Frameless Shapes

I hope everyone managed to get hold of  Leonie's Frameless Shapes stencils on Hochanda yesterday.  Remember you can watch the shows (8am and 4pm GMT) on catch up.  Here is the step by step for the second of my samples.

For the background, I brayered Indian Turquoise DecoArt paint onto 6” x 6” gel press plate and added one of the stencils from Leonie’s Frameless Shapes collection (squares).  This was stamped onto a piece of 7” x 7” stencil card for a separate piece See HERE).  The stencil was removed and once the remaining paint was dry, Bahaman Blue DecoArt paint brayered over the top.  This was then immediately stamped onto another piece of 7” x 7” stencil card to create the first layer.
Next I added Golden Green Gold paint to the gel plate, laid the ovals stencil over it and stamped over the background.

This background was then cut into rectangles of various sizes, added to a 7” x 7” card blank and the pieces edged with dark green pen.

I added stamping using Create (from Clarity Word Chains 1), Imagine and Inspire (Word Chain 5) in Library Green archival ink.

For the focal point, I added a piece of the brayer clean up sheet from the left over paint onto an ATCoin blank.

The Clarity Marigold and Friends outline stamp was added in Library Green ink and the edge trimmed.

To finish, the ATCoin was added to the card.
