Same Technique, Different Colours, What a Difference

I had a set of Christmas cards to make for some friends and wanted them in the same style but each one individual.  I used an idea by Maria Moorhouse in a recent workshop as the starting point and the Night Before Christmas stamps from Claritystamp.  The colour of the mat makes a big difference too.

There are 15 stamps in the Night Before Christmas set by Claritystamp, available individually,  in sets of five or as a bundle.  I stamped seven of them on separate pieces of card (7cm x 7cm) in Versamark ink and heat embossed them with white EP.  I then brushed two different colours across each topper using Artistry inks (and one Distress Ink) and Clarity stencil brushes.
Lavender Dash / Tumbled Glass (Distress)

Fall Fiesta / Fancy Fuchsia

Lime Kiss / Green Garland

Black Shadow / Blaze

Moon Crater / Ocean Reef

Cotton Candy / Morning Dew

Orange Popsicle / Rich Mocha
I then matted each topper onto a piece of card, darker than one of the colours of ink and added each one to a 3" x 3" pre made card blank.
Teal
Bright Green
Dark Fuchsia
Dark Brown
Dark Pink/Purple
Navy Blue
Black
One of these days,  I will turn the stamps into a story book and then I will put them in the correct order (unlike here lol).
