Jolly Holly Christmas Card

I cannot take credit for this card as it is my interpretation of a topper made by my friend Eva when we were at a workshop with Maria Moorhouse.  I loved her idea and decided to do my own version.  Thanks Eva!  It uses the Holly Aperture stencil from Claritystamp as a starting point.
I started by cutting a piece of Clarity stencil card down to 5.5" x 5.5" and placing the Holly Aperture stencil over it.  A 3.5" circle from copy paper was laid over the bottom right hand corner under the stencil.
Mowed Lawn and Salty Ocean Distress inks were brushed through the aperture using Clarity stencil brushes.
Mowed Lawn ink was brushed through the mini script stencil several times across the centre of the aperture and the stencil removed.
With the copy paper still in place,  I used the Teeny Weenie holly stamp from the Holly Leaf Outline set by Claritystamp and Mowed Lawn Distress ink to add first and second generation stamping all around the edge of the mask.  It was then removed.
Season's Greetings from the Clarity Mini Word Chains 13&14 was stamped in Emerald Green Archival ink and the star from the Holly Leaf set added in Satin Red Versafine ink.
Next,  I outlined the stencilled/masked areas using fine liners and coloured in the holly berries.
The stencilled holly leaves were coloured using the Holly Leaf Sparkle Pen (Spectrum Noir), half directly onto the card and half with a water brush.
It only remained to mat the topper onto green and red card and add it to a 7" x 7" card blank.
