And All That Jazz: Journal Tag

I finally caught up with my mini mission for January over on Mission Inspiration.  The prompt was 'Jazzy' and as usual I completed my mini mission on a #8 manilla tag for my tag journal.
I found a piece of deli paper, that I had used as a mop up sheet for a piece where I had to create a journal page only using my fingers and credit cards (see HERE).  The black lines on part of it reminded me of a piano keyboard so I added that section to my tag using Distress Collage Medium, sealed, dried and trimmed.
I decided to add a little more paint (Crushed Grape and Decadent Jade Dylusions paint) using my finger and a stipple brush, so that the treble clef that I would be adding later would show up against the background.
The treble clef was die cut from silver card, using the Cheery Lynn Whistle a happy Tune die, and added to the tag.
To emphasize the 'keyboard', an Amsterdam white acrylic marker was used to add highlights.
The word 'Jazz' was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed in white detail embossing powder using the Claritystamp Word Chain Alphabet.  A black 05 Sakura micron pen was used round each letter to help them stand out.
Three words from the big Chat sticker book by Tim Holtz completed the tag.
