Sparkle Pen Experiment.

This tag was fun to make and is very sparkly to look at although the photo doesn't really do it justice.  I am entering it in the October challenge over on Country View Challenges: Mixed Media with Autumnal Hues as well as in the That's Crafty Get Your Spook On Challenge.
I started by die cutting the Dancing Skeleton from Sheena Douglass' Day of the Dead Collection and stamping with the coordinating stamps using Jet Black Archival ink.  I also stamped and die cut the Halloween basket from the Crazy Things stamp set (designed by Tim Holtz for Stamper's Anonymous).  Two of the Pumpkinheads from the stamp set of the same name (Tim Holtz: Stamper's Anonymous) were stamped and fussy cut ready for colouring too.
I coloured a #8 manilla tag using the Onyx Black Sparkle Pen from the Holiday set by Crafter's Companion.
I also die cut the Spider's Web die (Sizzix Thinlits 662375 by Tim Holtz) out of silver mirri card, glued it onto the tag and trimmed the excess from the right hand side.
The pumpkins were coloured using the Harvest Moon sparkle pen from the Autumn/Winter collection, the skeleton was coloured using the Sand Dune sparkle pen (Vintage Hues collection) and the boots using the Rudolph's Nose pen (also from the holiday set).   Once dry the skeleton was glued together and added to the tag with the pumpkin basket over his arm and the other pumpkins at his feet.
It only remained to add a couple of stickers from the Small Talk Occasions pad by Tim Holtz idea-ology.
