Pretty in Pink
As I recently acquired the newest set of Dylusions paints including two new shades of pink, I decided to work with all the shades of pink in these paints on a #8 manilla tag.
I started by blending two layers of Rose Quartz onto a #8 manilla tag drying between each layer.
Next I dabbed Peony Blush over the whole tag using a natural sponge to create a marble effect.
Once dry, I blended Bubblegum Pink through three of the Tim Holtz mini layering stencils (THMS006, THMS017 and THMS044) in several areas each time.
I then added a further layer of texture in Funky Fuchsia through three more mini stencils (THMS007, THMS009 and THMS010), making sure I kept everything balanced.
Rather than spattering some of the Rose Quartz paint over the tag, I added it through the Speckles large layering stencil by Tim Holtz (THS021).
Finally, three random stickers which seem to make sense in combination (from the Clippings Sticker set by Tim Holtz idea-ology) were added to the tag.
